Warm Hat

A thermal hat, long enough to allow you to cover your ears.

Long Sleeve tech shirt

Technical fabrics are best, with good wicking action to keep you cool and comfortable.

Running Jacket

A light shell to protect you from the wind and keep your core temperature up. Look for fabrics with wind- and water-resistance, but also breathability.

Light running gloves

Light gloves or even a pair of socks work in a pinch. Some running gloves even have special patches on the fingertips in case you need to use your smartphone touchscreen.

Tights or windpants

Colder temperature and higher winds mean covering up your legs with light, windresistant but breathable running pants.
